Known as the Paolo Roversi method, turn the flashlight on your Iphone into an incredibly powerful lighting tool. Learn how to create unique colorful portrait images using gels, bounce cards, long exposure, and a flashlight or constant light source. This class is entirely hands on as students will spend 80 percent in complete darkness (save their light source) creating and crafting one of kind images. AGES: 16-Adult

  • Must have a firm knowledge of how to use your camera in manual mode. Oh, and a dark or all black outfit for the photographer is a must.

Hurst, C. Stephen

C. Stephen Hurst recently moved to Winston-Salem from New York City where he spent many years as a professional photographer and instructor at the International School of Photography. Hurst is a self-taught photographer who emphasizes connection, anticipation, and communication through his process; some of Hurst’s photography clients have included the Disney Family Foundation, Nike, and Columbia Business School.
