Welcome to our fascinating class, where we will dive into the world of collage and mixed-media art. Over the course of this class, we will learn various techniques and methods that will help us create visually stunning and unique pieces of artwork. You will be able to experiment with different textures, images, and materials to create a masterpiece that you can proudly display. Join us on this journey of unleashing your creative potential and discovering the endless possibilities of mixed media art.

    MORNING CLASSES

    Drop–off: 8:50 AM -9:00 AM | Pick–up: 11:50 AM -12:00 PM

    WATER We recommend bringing a refillable water bottle from home. Creating art makes you thirsty!

    SNACK Students are welcome to bring a snack to be eaten during our daily break times. Health + Food Allergy Notice: For the safety of others, students cannot share food. We ask for parents and guardians to be mindful of other children who may have potentially life-threatening allergies. To reduce this risk, please do not bring foods with peanuts and tree nuts.

    LUNCH If your child is attending both AM and PM camps, they will be supervised during a lunch and break period. Students must bring their lunch from home. This option is available only to students attending AM and PM camps in a week.

    ART SUPPLIES Sawtooth will provide all materials and supplies needed for camp. They may be asked to bring certain recycled materials from home, but this is not a requirement.
Santis, Liz

Liz earned her BM in Percussion from UNC School of the Arts in 2017. Throughout her life, she has explored a variety of arts such as painting, sculpture, and most recently, crochet and fashion design. Her passion for fiber arts stems from a deep interest in materializing fine art pieces and functional, sustainable fashion using fibers and a crochet hook.
