Learn the basics of making multi-sided containers with straight and compound angles. This foray into the complex world of coopering will involve attention to detail, serious accuracy, and a some (Fun!) geometry. Learn to work with a digital angle gauge for precision cut miters. Students can expect to make some trial-and-error samples and take away useful handouts on cutting compound angles. Most of the work will be done at the table saw, so prior table saw experience is a must and moderate hand strength will be necessary.
