Build a small, traditionally styled toolbox, a great project for developing a foundational understanding of working in the wood shop and practicing measuring, marking and layout. Students will learn to safely use the wood studio and its many tools, from chisels to the Table Saw to create a useful, durable box with simple nailed construction, suitable for workshop storage. Class will also discuss how this basic box can be dressed up to serve as a keepsake box, or even a jewelry box.

Additional Information:

  • This class has a scheduled skip day on 8/17
