Go beyond beading in this class designed to teach kids how to make their very own piece of jewelry. Your child will learn how to assemble a necklace using beads, cord, jump rings, and a painted feather! Each student will leave with a completed necklace and the knowledge and inspiration to create a project of their own.

Kuser, Marlene

Marlene Kuser calls herself a Creative Living Consultant. What is a Creative Living Consultant you may ask? Well, basically most anything handcrafted Marlene can design it and teach it. She loves the creative process and creating one of a kind treasures, especially jewelry. She has been designing and teaching for over 35 years, 10+ of those years at Sawtooth School. Before moving to North Carolina, she taught in New Jersey and New York. Her newest 

venture - being an author. Marlene and her husband, R.V. coauthored, “Weight A Minute, Lessons a Family Learns Thru the Gift of Autism”. Marlene is available for speaking and demonstrating engagements. A small sampling of her works of art are at shopcommunityarts.org or
