Spend a fun couple of hours learning something new, meeting new friends, and create a lovely piece of jewelry to take home! No experience necessary.

This evening, learn how to make three hammered stackable rings out of silver! Learn skills such as ring sizing, sawing, filing, soldering, and hammer texturing. Materials included in the fee. Class open to ages 16 through adult. Masks and social distancing are required in this and all Sawtooth classes.

Harvell, Sarah

Sarah was born and raised in the Appalachian Mountains of Floyd, Virginia and now resides in Winston-Salem, NC. She earned her BFA from Radford University in 2013 where she majored in Jewelry and Metalsmithing with an emphasis in fabrication and lost wax casting. In 2016 she received her MFA in Metal Design from East Carolina University with a focus on shell forming and color on metal. In 2018, she launched Ravena Metalworks – a collection of one-of-a-kind, limited edition jewelry and small sculpture.
