This class will be a gentle introduction to learning the joy of working with paste papers as you create exciting patterned papers. You'll learn to apply elements of balance, contrast, proportion and patterns, etc. to create your own fine art form made from your decorative papers. Materials provided.

Joyce Teta has been a devoted calligrapher from an early age and specializes in proper book-making techniques. She founded the Calligraphy Centre in 1984 in the Triad, and has worked for clients such as Maya Angelou and the W-S Mayor.
