In this one day intensive workshop C. Stephen Hurst will introduce students to the tools,  techniques, and trends of Fashion photography. Participants will have the opportunity to work with pro level lighting, models, and light modifiers both here at the Sawtooth Photo Studio and outside on the streets of Downtown Winston Salem.  This immersive one day deep dive is open to students of all experience and photo backgrounds provided they have a firm understanding of their camera and how to operate it in Manual Mode.

  • Masks and Social distancing protocols are required.
  • Please bring a camera with a working Hot Shoe and a lens with a focal length 35mm or longer.
Hurst, C. Stephen

C. Stephen Hurst recently moved to Winston-Salem from New York City where he spent many years as a professional photographer and instructor at the International School of Photography. Hurst is a self-taught photographer who emphasizes connection, anticipation, and communication through his process; some of Hurst’s photography clients have included the Disney Family Foundation, Nike, and Columbia Business School.
