Create an interesting focal point for your patio, garden, or flower beds. Using handbuilding or wheelthrowing techniques, create individual clay components that can be stacked on a pole to create a totem for indoor or outdoor use. Learn a variety of shaping and decorating techniques that can be used to create interesting sculptural forms for stacking or using singularly. Make a tall totem or several smaller ones that can be used in a grouping. Experience with clay helpful, but not required.
