Come learn to make square baskets. Spend some time learning a craft that has been around since ancient times. Students will make a 10 inch square basket with a handle, and smaller square baskets without handles. Students will learn stop and start weaving, twining, how to cut and tuck, and finish a basket. Different colors and sizes of reed will be available to accent your basket. All levels are welcome. Materials cost will be determined by how many baskets the student can complete. Students should be able to complete 2-3 baskets.

Materials costs: $60-80 payable to teacher depending on number of baskets made
