For thousands of years humans have incorporated small containers into their lives as tokens, spiritual pathways, sculpture, idols, and practical storage of things. Learn the ins and outs of fabricating miniature boxes in metal. Explore a variety of techniques to create small intimate containers. Traditional forms (square, round), texturing styles and mechanisms for closures will be covered. The tiny containers can be wearable or table top sculptures. Tools and materials will be provided for a $30 kit fee, payable during the workshop.
