This is a unique class fusing art with music----to teach the fundamentals of abstraction and spontaneous response with the use of live and recorded music-- creating shifting atmospheric conditions for the artist to respond to during the creative process. On the second day of the workshop live musicians will join the art instructor in helping the student take risks compositionally. This class is for all levels of instruction and technique will be demonstrated with use of materials to give the tools to respond instinctively. A very exciting collaboration and conversation on paper or canvas. There is a $25 supply fee for this class.
