Learn the special touch that turquoise takes to coax the beauty from this popular stone. You’ll use slabs, design and trim the shape and use a cabbing machine to shape and polish beautiful turquoise cabs. Learn when and how to use backing material and explore several different shape cuts during this course, concentrating on non-calibrated and freeform shapes. CabKing cabbing machines are used, and the class is limited to four students, one for each machine. All levels. No experience required. Some turquoise rough material is included in the course fee. Other material is available for purchase.
