In this workshop students will learn how to mix the chemicals used for the cyanotype process, and what materials can be coated with said chemicals to create lovely blue and white prints. Plants, feathers, pieces of glass or glassware, wire, mesh, or anything with an interesting shape or varying degrees of transparency can be used to make these prints. Students will also get the chance to experiment with making cyanotype contact prints from enlarged digital negatives. No previous experience needed.
