Spend a fun couple of hours learning something new, meeting new friends, and create a lovely piece of art to take home! No experience necessary. This evening's project is a fused glass suncatcher, using the glorious colors of fall leaves as inspiration! Your instructor Betti will fire your fused glass piece in one of Sawtooth's fusing kilns, and you may return the following week to retrieve your creation. Bring a beverage, bottle of wine and/or snacks to these laid-back classes. Materials included in the fee. (age 18+)

Pettinati-Longinotti, Betti

Betti Pettinati-Longinotti works in drawing, painting and glass- fused, mosaic and stained glass. She received a BFA from the Maryland Institute, College of Art and her MA from the University of the Arts/ Philadelphia, in Art Education with a studio major in Glass. She graduated, June 2012 with an MFA in Visual Arts through the Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University. Her work has been shown internationally. Betti is a juried member of Artworks Gallery and Piedmont Craftsmen, and also holds membership in the American Glass Guild.
