The traditional art of making arrows has always been highly regarded and the Fletcher has an important place in history. Fletching principles, skills and materials are easily understood. Students will make several arrows in different styles and have the option to create a final project showing their best effort in materials of their choosing. Materials: A $25-50 materials fee is due to instructor on first day of class.

Snodgrass, Dane

Dane Snodgrass is recently retired and trying to live up to expectations. He is an acclaimed master bowyer having made over 1000 bows over the last 60 years. Dane prefers working with hand tools and traditional designs. He draws most inspiration from our North American 1st Nation and leans toward bows of the Northern Plains. Dane grew up in South Dakota.
