Learn how to combine sewing and technology in this workshop for beginners. A zippered bag can be embroidered with circuit playground express and LED's to add light and sound to the everyday bag. Drag and drop programming and conductive thread make it easy. Walk away with a useful bag with all the bells and whistles! No coding or sewing experience is necessary, but basic computer skills are helpful.

Andrea Clark is a mother of two teenagers and web developer with over 20 years of experience in technology. Over the last few years Andrea has expanded her hobbies to include programming on all different kinds of platforms and devices. She believes in inspiring curiosity by helping others learn how to add all these new technologies to existing skills. Andrea also enjoy bingeing Hulu, but can also be found streaming audiobooks while she works in the yard.
