The Sawtooth Darkroom Cooperative is a group of enthusiasts devoted to the joy of black and white film photography. We meet (usually) the third Saturday of every month and share tips and insights about film, paper and alternative processing. Our community darkroom is available to students with darkroom experience and those who have already taken a darkroom class at Sawtooth School. Registration to open studio includes membership to the Darkroom Cooperative group and requires quarterly registration.

Dulaney, Dave

Photography is Dave's passion in life, and he feels lucky enough to have found it early. Dave's dad worked for Kodak in Tennessee and he spent much of his teens in the company's darkroom. He has worked for 30 years in the related fields of graphics, pre-press work and printing. And after 30 years went back to school to pursue photography full time. He is now an integral part of Sawtooth as a teacher and assistant director of photography. His favorite pastime -- black and white portrait photography. After all these years, it's what he does best.
