Cost includes tuition, books, and the National Healthcareer Association exam guide and fees. Pre-req: high school diploma or GED. This program reviews all topics necessary to become a medical administrative assistant which could include insurance billing, front desk reception, and other administrative tasks in a medical setting. Course days are hybrid, one day will be virtual via Zoom and the other will be in person at the Hampton campus each week. The National Healthcareer Association does not provide the exam in any language besides English and will not allow interpreter services.
