Students must possess a valid Cosmetology or Esthetician license in the state of Virginia that can be verified through the DPOR. To begin registration for this program, please email a photo of your license and an ID (such as a driver's license) to cfaat@nhrec.org. Please include in your email your name and that you are ready to begin registration for the Online Lash Course. Tuition includes a full lash kit from Sugarlash, certification from Sugarlash, and a certificate from New Horizons. This program is self-paced and can be started at any time throughout the year. Once registered the Sugarlash kit may be scheduled for pick up from the Hampton location on a Monday or Wednesday between 4p-6p.
