Award-winning Chef Oliver Hale, aka Chef O, presents a range of palate-pleasing sauces ideal for fish, pork, beef, poultry, and desserts, designed to amplify flavor and visual presentation. Oliver Hale, aka Chef O, is a retired (2010) international healthy-lifestyle award-winning chef, spending 52 years in the restaurant business. He was voted “Best Chef in GR”, for 2004 and 2005. Winning many awards over the years, he received the “2024 Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for Volunteer Services.” He is a 2x kidney transplant recipient, 40 years. Thousands of dialysis patients across the U.S. have benefitted from his many healthy cooking demonstrations.
