Public Management | Available
Module Description: This course helps students increase their understanding of diverse individual and collective experiences and care more deeply for one another, members of their organization, and members of society. An aim will be to provide students with resources to nurture work environments that help everyone belong so that all can participate freely in the life of organizations and embody the values of equity, diversity, inclusion, and justice. Additionally, the curriculum aims to identify ways that racialized trauma has negatively affected the lives of people in our society so that our actions with one another can cultivate emotional and psychological well-being for all people in organizational life and society-at-large.
