Module Description: Process mapping can be an integral step in understanding and improving key business processes that help us achieve and support our strategic and operational objectives. This course will introduce process mapping techniques and tools, including LEAN principles, that can be used to identify and implement process improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness for ALL types of processes - operational, financial, strategic and more!
