Module Description : Successfully managing remotely requires you to build trust with and among the members of your team and to diminish any underlying anxieties. To build your confidence this module will include activities and discussions that will explore:  communication, performance management, organizational culture, teamwork, and disturbances. We will offer tools, strategies, and techniques to support your efforts in this exciting and trying new world of work.
