Please be sure to send your student(s) with a snack and drink.  If they are staying for a full day camp, please also send them with a lunch.  Please avoid sending any products containing peanuts or nuts.

Make-Up Policies

Make-ups are not given for missed camp days.  Please notify the office if your student does not plan on attending any of the scheduled days with as much notice as possible.  This will aid us in scheduling projects accordingly, so they are able to complete them in entirety before the end of the week.

Cancellation Policy

You may request a refund up to 4 weeks prior to the camp start date without penalty. After 4 weeks, a $60 cancellation fee will be applied.  No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the camp start date.  

Sick Policy

Please keep your student home if they are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms. If family members in the household are sick, and student has had close regular, contact with them, please keep your student out of class until everyone is clear of symptoms.
