Take a walking tour of select Underground Railroad sites in the historic river village of New Richmond. Founded in 1814, New Richmond became a hotbed of abolitionist and Underground Railroad activity. Sites are within reasonable walking distance over three village blocks. Your guides are Greg Roberts, Vice President of Historic New Richmond, and Mary Allen, New Richmond Village Council member and descendant of a formerly enslaved New Richmond resident.
