Moderator: Kenneth Katkin is Professor of Law at Salmon P. Chase Law School (NKU). He holds a JD from Northwestern Univ. School of Law and BA in mathematics from Princeton. He appears frequently in local and national media as analyst for legal issues. Prior to Chase, he litigated constitutional and election law cases at Wiley, Rein & Fielding, Washington, DC.
